MMC888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not constitute a right to use the Platform indefinitely and is subject to the continued compliance with these Terms.

MMC888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree that you will access and use the Platform only in a manner that is lawful and consistent with these Terms. In particular, you agree that:

• You will only gamble with funds that you own and that are not derived from criminal activity.
• You will not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• You accept that all bets and gaming decisions are final once confirmed and that outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live event results, as applicable.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of associated funds:

• Using software, robots, scripts, bots, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, whether in live casino games or sports betting markets.

• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund any Account transaction.

MMC888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity, including unusual betting patterns or irregular transaction behaviour.
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute on any deposit transaction.
• Any court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds and the resolution of any outstanding disputes will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any required verification checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MMC888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or Account information resulting from technical failure.
